Downtown Run, known in North America as City Racer, is a 2003 racing game made by Ubisoft Romania and released for PlayStation 2, Windows, GameCube, and mobile phones. The game features many different cars, game modes and tracks. In most game modes, you can collect power-ups to maximise your chance of winning or slow down opponents.

How to play on Windows
- and Extract Downtown_Run_Win_ROM_EN.7z
- Go into the “Game Files” folder and mount DTRUN Eng.mdf
- In the mounted file, run setup.exe and follow on-screen instructions to isntall the game
- Launch the game using destop shortcut
- Play the game

The game doesn’t start and just throws the “Please with privileges and try again” even if I’m the in my computer. Is there any workaround?
